PRODUCT INFORMATION
CROSS NS 440 is a printing fixator without containing formaldehyde, which can be used in pigment printing pats and all water-based pats. It can be used in cotton, polyester and other synthetic fibers.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Its use purpose is to fix pigment printing and water-based pats at low temperature or to provide shorter period of fixing. It increases fastness.

PHSYICAL AND CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS

USE
Although CROSS NS 440 is used at 10-25 gr/kg this can be increased by the dye amount in the pat. It is not necessary to immediately use the pat after it is added to the printing pat. Its use with butadien based binders should be controlled.

APPLICATIONS
In conditions where the fixing temperature or duration is not adequate. If higher degree of fastness is required to be achieved. In fixing of fabrics with lower resistance to high temperature. In fixing of fabrics experiencing decoloring (i.e., becoming yellowish) problems.

PACKAGING
In 5-30 kg plastic packages.

SAFETY
Does not contain any substances which are harmful to human health. In the case of oral and eye exposure, wash with excessive water and consult a medical doctor.

STORAGE
Should be stored in room temperature and the package cap should be closed during storage. Should be used within 1 year of the production date.
